A round drum, 20 inches across, stretched with goat skin on a solid ash wood frame. The Bereginya handle is hand-carved in alder — a Slavic protective figure, deeply rooted in Ukrainian folk tradition. Each handle is carved individually; no two are the same. Leather cord tension system, hand-laced.
